We accept all major credit cards (i.e. VISA, MasterCard etc.) and PayPal.
Please note: If you want to pay via American Express, please select PayPal in the checkout and then click on the option "Pay with Credit or Debit Card" inside PayPal. For assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service department at service@golstonjewelry.com.
On entering the checkout page, find the “Discount code” box. Enter your code and click “apply” button next to it. Remember, only one discount code can be used per order!
Discount codes does not apply to items on sale. But you are still getting a real bargain in that all items on sale already have a considerable discount, deeper than most of the codes ever available.
We apologize for the unpleasantness. If the jewelry is received damaged, please contact our customer service department to make a claim. IMPORTANT TIPS: - Any claim in respect of damaged piece must be made by service@golstonjewelry.com within 72 hours of receipt. - Any damage or faults must be reported with clear photos or video, to ensure your statutory rights as a consumer.
We provide a return window of 30 days from the date of delivery. During which you could return any unused piece that has not been engraved or customized for a refund, credit or exchange if you are not satisfied with that.
We ship to any international destination, in cooperation with trusted courier services such as UPS, Fedex, DHL, TNT and so on. We do not ship to P.O boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
We offer free shipping for items site-wide. Expedited shipping is available for a cost that varies with your option. Please go to our Shipping Policy .
After we have finished the inspection on your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund via your original form of payment. A friendly reminder that, for credit or debit card, the refund arrival may be postponed for several days due to a potential delay in banking.
All orders take about 1-2 days to be processed after being placed. The shipping time depends on your destination and your shipping option. At present, we offer two shipping options: Free Shipping (10-20 days) and Expedited Shipping (6-10 days). For specifics, please go to our Shipping Policy.
We will send you the courier info and tracking number via email within 1-2 days of placing the order, so that you can track your order. You can also send us a quick message if you request us to track the package for you.
We apologize that, due to the ongoing COVID-19 and the airline shortage, express delivery is not available for the moment. As an option of shipping method, it will be recovered as soon as possible.
Glad to see you are treating someone with our magical jewelry! All our jewelry is packed in an exquisite jewelry box. No need for a complicate gift wrap, you can have your jewelry sent directly as a gift, to the lucky person you’ve chosen for the upcoming surprise!
We are responsible for taxes, so there are no taxes in your invoice.
Only a minority of the orders at our site may be subject to import duties. If any duties are incurred, they are your responsibility. We have no control over these costs. In case of an unpleasant surprise, please contact your local customs office.
Typically, shipment of orders is fulfilled from Monday to Saturday. If you have any requirement that the order be shipped on weekend, please feel free to contact us and we'll try our best.
