Shipping fee and delivery timeline

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, shipping couriers have no guarantee on estimated delivery dates. Be advised you follow up your order with the tracking number for shipment update!

Golston offers three options on shipping method for most products. You can opt for the preferred method. Below are the options:

- Standard Shipping: The most economic shipping option, to all major destinations in 20 days, with $6 freight charge for orders under $50, and free shipping for orders priced $50 or over.

- Expedited Shipping: An affordable option of shipping, to all major destinations in 10 days, with an $8 freight charge.

- Express Shipping: Our fastest shipping option, to all major destinations in 6 days, with a $15 freight charge. *Viewing an airline shortage following the ongoing COVID-19, this option is unavailable at present. We apologize for the inconvenience and will recover this option as soon as possible.

Notes

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

- We cooperate with trusted courier services such as UPS, Fedex, DHL and so on.

- We will spare no effort to deliver your item as soon as possible. However, shipment may be delayed due to customs inspections or other unforeseeable factors (weather, traffic, etc). We are not responsible for the circumstances mentioned above.

- Few orders will incur import duties. If you happened to be subjected to import duties on delivery, you are responsible for the corresponding payment. Be advised you contact your local customs office in case of an unpleasant surprise.

- We can only make the change provided your order hasn’t been processed for shipping yet. If you would like to change delivery options (address, shipping method, etc) for your order, please Contact us as soon as possible. The processing time of an order is typically 1-2 business days and the window is tight. After the item is shipped out, you will have to contact the courier service on yourself to alter the delivery options, and will bear any cost thus incurred. Estimated delivery date may be postponed if a change of delivery option is submitted by the customer.

- Shipping time does not include the 1-2 days processing time required to process your order after being placed.

- If your order consists of made-to-order items (including engraved and monogrammed pieces), the processing time will be extended for another 1-2 days and the delivery date may be correspondingly postponed.
